The short version
- We collect only what you type into the quote and driver forms, plus the time and country of each submission.
- It is saved in a Cloudflare D1 database and emailed to our dispatch inbox on Google Workspace.
- Quote requests are kept up to 24 months. Driver submissions are kept up to 12 months unless you are hired.
- We never sell it, and the site sets no advertising cookies.
Who this covers
This notice covers allstarhauler.com, the website of Allstar Hauler LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Orlando, Florida. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Allstar Hauler LLC. It applies to the details you send through the site’s quote and driver forms, and to email you send us after finding us here.
The site is for businesses and for adults looking for driving work. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
What we collect
Quote request form
Your company, your name and your email address, which are required, and a phone number if you choose to give one. The load details: pickup and delivery locations and the ready date, plus anything else you add, such as commodity, pallet count, weight, dimensions, liftgate or appointment needs, and notes.
Driver details form
Your full name, city and state, email address, phone number, license type, commercial driving experience, DOT medical card status, the runs you want, optional notes about your experience, and your agreement to be contacted.
The driver form does not ask for a license number, Social Security number, date of birth or medical records. Please leave them out of the notes. If screening moves forward, we ask for the documents the job requires separately.
With every form submission
The date and time it was sent and the country it came from, as reported by Cloudflare. We do not store your IP address with the submission.
When you browse the site
We ask for nothing. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and basic browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and page load times for us. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage and does not build a profile of you. We see only totals, such as visits per page and the countries visits come from.
Email you send us
If you email dispatch or billing directly, we keep the message and whatever it contains in that inbox.
Why we use it
- Quote requests: to price the load, reply to you, schedule the shipment and keep a record of what was quoted.
- Driver submissions: to review your interest and contact you by email or phone about driving for Allstar Hauler.
- Spam protection: a Cloudflare Turnstile check and a hidden form field keep automated submissions out.
We use form details only for these purposes, and never for advertising.
Where it goes
When you send a form, the details go to two places:
- A Cloudflare D1 database that belongs to this website, where the submission is saved under its reference number.
- An email notification to our dispatch inbox, which runs on Google Workspace. Cloudflare’s email service delivers the notification, and our replies come from that inbox.
Forms are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only the people at Allstar Hauler who quote loads or review driver submissions can see them.
How long we keep it

We do not sell it
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers listed below, which handle it on our behalf, or when the law requires it, for example under a valid subpoena.

- Hosts the website, runs the forms and the D1 database, delivers the notification email, runs the Turnstile bot check, and counts page views with Web Analytics. See the Cloudflare privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Google Workspace
- Hosts our company email, including the dispatch inbox. See the Google Cloud privacy notice.
Turnstile loads only when you start filling in a form. To tell people from bots it reads technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare states that it uses those signals only to detect and block bots.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie while protecting the site or running the Turnstile check. With no advertising or tracking cookies, there is nothing to opt out of and no cookie banner.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email dispatch@allstarhauler.com from the address you used on the form, or tell us which form you sent and roughly when. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it, and we reply within 30 days.
Deleting a quote request does not delete records we must keep for a load that actually moved, such as rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs and invoices.
If you no longer want to hear from us about driving work, reply to any message from us and say so, and we will stop.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site handles your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. The version posted here is the one in effect.
