Who these terms cover
These terms cover allstarhauler.com and the services of Allstar Hauler LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Orlando, Florida. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Allstar Hauler LLC. “You” means the person or company using the site or the dispatch service. By using the site or signing up for dispatch, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
Send only accurate information through the site’s forms, and only about yourself or a company you are authorized to act for. Do not try to disrupt the site, get around its spam check, or send automated submissions.
Information on the site describes our services in general terms. Rates, lanes and availability are confirmed in writing for each load, not by the website.
Dispatch service
The dispatch service is for motor carriers that run their own trucks (any equipment type) under their own USDOT number and operating authority. When you sign up, we act as your dispatcher, on your behalf:
- We look for loads that fit your truck, home base, lanes and minimum rate, and negotiate the rate with the broker or shipper.
- Every load is booked in your company’s name under your own MC and USDOT numbers. You are the carrier on the rate confirmation.
- We book a load only after you approve it. You can turn down any load we offer.
- The broker or shipper pays you directly, or pays your factoring company. We do not collect, hold or pass along freight payments.
- We are not a freight broker for these loads and do not take a margin on the freight rate.
We do not promise any number of loads, any rate or any level of income. The service starts only after we both sign a written dispatch agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement controls.
Dispatch fee
Our fee is set in the dispatch agreement. It is charged only on loads you approve and deliver, and is invoiced to you after delivery. There is no fee on loads you turn down. The fee and payment terms are set out in the dispatch agreement before we book anything.
Your responsibilities
As the carrier, you remain responsible for your operating authority, insurance, drivers, equipment and compliance with federal and state safety rules, and for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of each load you accept. Tell us promptly if your authority, insurance or equipment changes, or if you cannot cover a load you accepted.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the text message box on the dispatch sign-up form, you agree to receive text messages from Allstar Hauler at the mobile number you gave us. We text about the dispatch service only: load offers, load confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, and account and setup messages. We do not send marketing for other companies.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with the loads we find for you.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We confirm with one final message and send nothing more unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email dispatch@allstarhauler.com.
- Consent to texts is optional and is not a condition of using the dispatch service.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See the privacy notice for how we handle your information.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost loads, arising from use of the site or the dispatch service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law.
